Garden Wishes

Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I have a few cards I made with the garden wishes bundle. I received this stamp set for FREE from the Onstage we had a few months ago. (kind of like convention but online this time). This card was pretty quick to put together.

Using white embossing powder and versamark ink I stamped the images and sentiment. With my blending brushes I added the ink to add a little color and a few splatters with white ink refill and pumpkin pie. Die cut using the stitched so sweetly and rectangle stitched dies. The green back piece is from the neutral dsp pack.

The next card I did a little more ink blending, however it wasn't until I looked at the picture did I realize I did not blend real well between the daffodil delight and balmy blue. I should have mixed the colors a little more.

I embossed again but this time on basic white card stock, blending the color after. Using the dainty diamond embossing folder with pool party card stock I created the back layer. I distressed the edges by rubbing my scissors on the edges. Be very careful if your scissors are sharp!

Stamped the greeting with balmy blue ink, distressed the edges and tied a bow with polka dot tulle ribbon.
