Hi! For my card today I had this tree from the evergreen elegance white embossed and cut out with the tasteful label dies on my desk. I wanted to use it but couldn't think of what to use for the background paper so I decided to make my own using my diagonal (adorning) mask (retiring soon), blending brushes and stampin marker. I used the mask in 2 different directions to create the plaid and then with my straight edge ruler made thin lines with the marker.
For the greeting I used the for unto us stamp set. (retiring soon!) This sentiment is one of my favorite! I added a artistry blooms sequin to the top of the tree, not sure if I like that. What do you think? I tried to remove it but it was going to leave a mark from the self adhesive so I decided to leave it. Have a blessed day!
