I had so much fun ink blending with the amazing silhouettes bundle. I think this is one of my favorite techniques to do with this new stamp set! And I love the bold greeting!
For this first card I used my blending brushes to ink blend pear pizzazz, old olive and mossy meadow. I stamped the image with staz on black ink. I also stamped the tree on a piece of basic white cardstock that I layered behind the tree. The greeting is simply die cut with black and white.
For the next card I first white heat embossed the tree on basic white and when cool I ink blended with daffodil delight, calypso coral and blackberry bliss. Isn't this such a beautiful color combo? I did rub off the ink that was sitting on the white embossing with a soft towel. For this greeting I did have to hid a little mistake I made. When I was rubbing off the ink on the embossed area I slightly wet the towel, well the razzleberry ink then smeared a little (because it is reactive with water) I did not want to start over so I hid it with a scrap of vellum from a previous project and I coevered the rest of the area with the razzleberry "thanks".
I finished it off with a few artistry blooms sequins. Have a great day and thank you so much for spending some of your day with me, I really appreciate it!
