Stampin' Up! -Uniquely Artistic

Hi Friends, I am so excited to share with you a stamp set that will be in the new Stampin' Up idea and catalog! First off let me tell you this catalog is amazing! I received this set because I am a demonstrator and I signed up for the onstage event. This is an event for only demonstrators and I was able to meet people from all over the US virtually. They also had a few demonstrations with new items and lot of other fun things. If you are interested in signing up to be a demonstrator let me know. I would love to answer any questions you might have.
So this set will be available to order beginning in May. The name of the set is uniquely artistic. It is a two step stamp set with flowers, leaves and vines. As soon as I saw the set I knew I had to watercolor this stamp. I white heat embossed it on water color paper and then using my stampin write markers I added color. Did you know you can watercolor with you stampin write markers? This is a really fun technique, after the heat embossing I used the soft succulent marker to add color in the center of the leaves. Then using my water painter I applied water to move the color around. Making sure to go outside of the lines so that the leaves would stand out. after it dried I applied evening evergreen marker to the "nooks and crannies" (as Kathy from the daily marker likes to say) to make those spots really have some contrast. Again using my water painter to move the color around. I think I could have added a little more of that color.

I mounted it on smoky slate cardstock cut with stitched so sweetly dies. Layered on soft succulent and evening evergreen cardstock. The leaf sprig stamped in versamark on the soft succulent is from the same new stamp set. If you are not familiar with versamark ink pad it can be used to heat emboss or you can use it as a lovely watermark effect like I did here. (it looks especially nice on darker cardstock colors.) The white layer is embossed with the gingham embossing folder. The greeting is white heat embossed on rich razzleberry cardstock and it is from the one happy family stamp set. Love this greeting!!  I am so excited to share the new catalog with you, so if you would like a catalog and don't have a demonstrator let me know and I will send you one. Have a blessed week and stay safe!

Don't forget this stamp bundle will be gone soon. Order now!
