Be of Good Courage

Hi! So glad you are here today. I had fun playing with the Courage and Faith Stamp Set creating a watercolor looking card. this is a fun technique that I really enjoy. For leaf branches I stamped them with Old Olive Ink and then spritzed with water and stamped on Fluid Watercolor Paper. Sometimes I did not reink the stamp and just stamped it in a second time. I felt like it needed a little different color and so then I went in with Granny Apple Green Ink and did the same technique. After stamping all the branches I used my water painter to apply clean water and create more movement with the branches moving the ink around even more. I really like the organic feel this gives the panel.
The greeting is white heat embossed on Basic Black Cardstock and then I added a few sprigs from the Christmas Classics Dies with Granny Apple Green Cardstock. For the rest of the card I just used the same colors from the main panel and mounted it all on Basic White Cardstock and added a few Iridescent Basic Rhinestones.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you are making it a creative day!
