Hello! I am in love with the new inspiration challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge! The colors and images are just dreamy!! I wanted to try and create the same feeling with Stampin' Up colors and stamps and dies. I started with Fluid Watercolor Paper and did watercolor wash using a water painter of Fresh Freesia, Moody Mauve, Petal Pink, Balmy Blue and Lost Lagoon.
This is what it looked like.
Then I die cut the trees, rocks and hills from the Forever Forest Dies. I used a Blending Brush to apply a light layer of ink to the background. The greeting is from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set (10 % off if you order the bundle )
I think this is a fun way to get color onto dies! I had so much fun with this inspiration challenge and so I will post a few more cards that I was inspired to create.
