This is the final card I have to share inspired by the Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge for this week. I loved the deer picture, yet I do not have a deer stamp, but then I remembered the deer on the Winter Meadow DSP. I wanted to change the color a little so I took out my Blending Brushes and added the colors that I saw from the picture. I love how it turned out!
Since the DSP was really all I needed I wanted to add a little texture so I reached for the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and ran that through with Crumb Cake Cardstock. I also added a little scrap of Country Woods DSP. I didn't have a sentiment that fit into the space the way I wanted so I reached for a retired greeting, which I Silver Heat Embossed. Finally I added a few Rhinestones Basic Jewels to add a little shine.
I love how just adding a little color to this DSP really made it look different. I hope this inspires you to use what you have to create your ideas. I hope you are inspired to join the Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge for this week! Have a blessed day!
Such a pretty card Patti! Love how you've used the DP, the layout and the other little details like the embossed background and the dew drops! Hugs, Kate!
