Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge was a fun challenge for this week. I was drawn to the black and white flags. I pulled out some retired black and white stripped SU paper and the Blessed Beginnings Bundle. After I used the Everyday Arches Die on the black and white paper I knew I wanted to make 2 cards. One with the negative and one with the arch die. I watercolored one of the churches and the other colored with Stampin' Blends.
For this card I used a retired embossing folder, however I think you could really use any one you have on hand. I white heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock.
For this card my sentiment is from a set that I believe is no longer available. I mounted it on black card stock so that it would stand out from the background.
