Hello and so glad you are stopping by! My card today was inspired by the beautiful card created by Emma Goddard and the global design project designers challenge for this week was to CASE her card. If you are not familiar with CASE it stands for Copy And Share Everything. My take on her card went a different direction with the use of very neutral colors because I wanted to use the in good taste dsp for the side panel.
I also have wanted a reason to use my new plenty of pattern masks and so I decided to use them as the side image. Using my blending brushes I applied the ink gently onto a piece of white card stock. Then I cut apart the designer series paper that has several rows of tiles and glued them on to the edge of the sahara sand cardstock card base. I also used this color paper for the sentiment that is from the a grand kid stamp set. This set should not be overlooked, it has some amazing sentiments! I finished with a little bow of linen thread and white crinkled seam ribbon. Thanks checking out my card! Take some time to see what the designers did for this challenge. Have a happy day!
