Hi! So glad that you are here. Today hand stamped sentiments has a fun inspiration challenge! I love a fun mood board, especially when it has fun Christmas images. The gingerbread images stood out to me and so that is where my inspiration came from for this card. I started with the frosted gingerbread stamp bundle.(retiring soon so order now!) I die cut with kraft paper the outline of the bell, snowflake and ornament and then I used a sponge dauber to swipe soft suede ink on the edges. This really gives a nice bit of dimension.
Then with basic white paper I die cut the detailed images of the 3 pieces and attached them. For the background I used crumb cake and my blending brushes with the adorning design masks. (retiring soon, order now!) I did this with a real light hand so that it would not be too over powering. I added splatters of white ink and crumb cake, tore the side edges, stamped the greeting with soft suede and attached to a small slim line card base.
For the top I attached a piece of white bakers twine with glue dots, attached bows of linen thread to the pieces. With dimensionals I attached the bell, snowflake and ornament and finished it off with a simple white pearl in the center of the snowflake.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I am so excited to see what you create from this inspiration challenge. Have a great week!
