Amazing Silhouettes

The new amazing silhouettes bundle is a must have. I have wanted a greeting die that would cut not only the word but also the bubble around, so I was so excited when I saw this. I went for a monochromatic color scheme for this card. For the leaf I sponged on granny apple green in the center and old olive on the outer part, spritzed it and then stamped it on Fluid watercolor paper. The colors blended so nice. I tore the paper to cut out.
I mounted that on a piece of vanilla cardstock that I had previously used embossing paste and the basic pattern masks (using the dot pattern). After that dried I ink blended granny apple green and spritzed with more water drops. I used the side of my scissors to distress the edges. Be very careful when doing this step.
I mounted everything on a granny apple green card base that I ran through with my stitched greenery die.

Finished it off with a few iridescent gems. Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you like this card. I was really trying to go outside of my normal card style. Let me know if you think this works or not? Have a blessed day!
