I am so glad that the Bird's Eye View Stamp Set is not retiring! I love this set so much. For this card I combined it with the Sending Dies and Sending Smiles Stamp Set (both are retiring). The background is the Basics 3D Embossing Folder that I had ink blended before running through the folder. After I embossed it I sprinkled clean water to add a little extra texture. The paper behind the bird is Winter Meadow DSP, one of my favorite papers!
