With these sweet conversation hearts I couldn't "resist" (haha) the chance to do some ink blending with emboss resist technique. If you are not familair with emboss resist it is when you stamp with versamark ink, like I stamped the hearts randomly, and then apply embossing powder and melt. I used white embossing powder. Then I used the colors from the sweet talk dsp and my blending brushes to apply the ink. I used granny apple green, so saffron, pool party and petal pink. For ink blending you really want to start lightly and keep going over to get the best coverage. I went over this entire piece twice with each color.
This made such a pretty background that I didn't want to cover very much of it up so I made a simple tag with the tailored tag, a heart die from the sweet conversation bundle and popped up one of the hearts with a mini dimensional. The greeting is from one happy family stamped in petal pink. Finished it with a bow of white bakers twine that I had pulled apart and only used a few strands.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!
Coming soon!
