Happy July! I am so excited that Stampin' Up is celebrating World Watercolor month! One of my favorite techniques is anything that has to do with watercolor! I love color in general but combining with water gives amazing results! The video that Stampin' Up has created gives so many fun ways to use watercolor with the supplies you probably have at home.
